This is not original or anything, but phone companies are fucking horseshit. It took me an hour to try to figure out how to cancel my (slow, shitty) internet on their website and I solved the problem by Googling it, not on the asinine and slow website.
Turns Out you have to call to cancel your internet. Which makes their website the most useless piece of horseshit ever devised. Also, it is 2013....
